What does WordPress Website Support mean?
If you have a WordPress website and you have a technical problem or need to make a change like remove a banner, change a color or layout, add a new page or post, or add a basic functionality, you can submit a question explaining the problem in the best way possible and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
We also carry out regular maintenance updates, scanning, backups, database optimizations and other maintenance services specific to your subscription to our services.
What does unlimited edit coverages mean?
Unlimited edits do include edits to content, changing plugin settings and CSS adjustments. They do not included custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress or building out a new website or subdomain.
What are instructional videos and how do we get them?
Instructional videos are made to show how to solve a problem, they will be posted on our blog and shared with you, if one exists already, we will send it your way.
How long will it take to onboard and set me up on my plan?
After successful payment, it takes 24-48 hours to setup your plan. In case of priority needs, the process could be sped up to accommodate your needs.
Does it matter what hosting provider I am using for my WordPress website?
